Red Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 medium head red cabbage
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 2 apples, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
Directions
- Boil together for about 1 hour until tender.
