Chicken And Broccoli Casserole
- 1 lb. boneless chicken, cut up into cubes
- 1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
- In greased casserole dish, mix chicken, broccoli, soup, sour cream, 1/2 cheese and 1 cup bread crumbs.
- Spread evenly.
- Top with remainder of cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
