Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients

  1. 2 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
  2. 1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
  3. 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
  4. 1 onion, chopped
  5. 1/4 c. oil
  6. 1 Tbsp. sugar
  7. 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  8. 3 eggs
  9. 1 c. buttermilk
  10. 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix and bake at 350° in cookie sheet for about 30 minutes or until done.
