Orange Roughy Fillets

Ingredients

  1. 5 to 6 pieces orange roughy
  2. 1 medium onion
  3. 2 Tbsp. butter
  4. 1 can frozen orange juice
  5. garlic powder (no salt)

Directions

  1. Fry onion in butter until golden.
  2. Cover pan with foil.
  3. Lay fish out.
  4. Put butter, garlic and 1 teaspoon of orange juice on top of fish.
  5. Broil for 20 to 25 minutes.
