- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
- 10 3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. cheese, grated
- 1 c. cooked rice
- Saute onions in butter.
- Add broccoli and simmer until tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat until smooth.
- Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
