- sliced white potatoes (8 medium)
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 to 3 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- Make 1 pound of your favorite meat loaf and pat into a 10-inch pie plate.
- Spread 1 small can of tomato sauce over top and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
- Then add grated cheese over top and put back in oven until cheese is melted.
- Slice like pie and serve with beer bread.
