Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  1. 1 raw pie crust (9-inch)
  2. 1 c. sugar
  3. 1 Tbsp. flour
  4. 1/3 c. margarine
  5. 1 tsp. vanilla
  6. 2 eggs, beaten
  7. 1/3 c. milk
  8. coconut, bag or can (use 2 1/2 c. or more if you like)

Directions

  1. Mix flour and sugar together.
  2. Have crust ready with about 1/2-inch coconut spread in bottom.
  3. Mix all other ingredients and pour over coconut.
  4. Bake at 350° until golden brown (30 minutes). To add a little something special, try adding a few raisins or pecans or a cupful of chocolate chips.
