- 1 raw pie crust (9-inch)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. milk
- coconut, bag or can (use 2 1/2 c. or more if you like)
- Mix flour and sugar together.
- Have crust ready with about 1/2-inch coconut spread in bottom.
- Mix all other ingredients and pour over coconut.
- Bake at 350° until golden brown (30 minutes). To add a little something special, try adding a few raisins or pecans or a cupful of chocolate chips.
