Macaroni Beef And Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 2 lb. ground round
  2. 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
  3. 1 large can tomato sauce
  4. 1 medium onion
  5. 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  7. 1 tsp. salt
  8. black pepper
  9. 1 1/3 c. macaroni noodles
  10. 1 lb. sharp cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Cook noodles; drain.
  3. Brown meat and onion; drain.
  4. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper.
  5. When mixture is hot, add cooked macaroni and grated cheese (leave enough cheese to go on top). Put mixture into a large casserole dish (5 to 6-quart).
  6. Add remaining cheese.
  7. Cook 30 to 40 minutes uncovered until a little brown.
