Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. Bisquick
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 1/2 c. grated onion
  4. 3 1/2 to 4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
  5. 1 tsp. salt
  6. dash of pepper
  7. 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  8. 1/2 c. oil
  9. 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  10. 1 tsp. oregano

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bake in oven at 350° for 25 minutes or until well done.
