- 2 sticks butter
- 3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 box Rice Chex
- powdered sugar
- Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips together in large saucepan.
- Let cool slightly.
- Pour over Rice Chex in large container. Mix thoroughly.
- Toss well in powdered sugar to coat. May be
- on waxed paper
- to cool, or may leave in container, tossing occasionally.
