Salad Soup

Ingredients

  1. 1 small clove garlic or garlic salt
  2. 1 Tbsp. sugar
  3. 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  4. 1 large can V-8 vegetable juice
  5. 1/4 c. salad oil
  6. 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  7. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  8. 3 tomatoes, finely diced
  9. 1 cucumber (about 1 1/2 c.), finely diced
  10. 1 green pepper, finely diced
  11. 1 c. shredded carrots
  12. 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  13. 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion (can use chopped white onions)

Directions

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients in a blender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
