Pickled Corn

Ingredients

  1. corn
  2. canning salt
  3. water
  4. vinegar

Directions

  1. Cook corn until just tender; rinse until cold.
  2. Leave on cob or cut off.
  3. Put in jars.
  4. Pour over a mixture of 1 gallon water, 1 cup salt and 2/3 cup vinegar.
  5. Seal and let stand a few weeks.
