Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  1. 1 envelope onion or mushroom soup mix
  2. 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  3. 1/4 c. butter, melted
  4. 1 tsp. thyme leaves
  5. 1 tsp. marjoram
  6. 1/4 tsp. pepper
  7. 2 lb. potatoes, sliced

Directions

  1. Thoroughly blend all ingredients.
  2. Add potatoes and coat well. Bake, stirring often, until tender and golden brown.
  3. Serves 8.
