- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. onions, diced
- 1 beef or chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, rinsed and dried
- 1/4 c. red wine
- Micromelt butter in a 2-quart glass dish on High for 1 minute. Saute onion, bouillon cube, garlic powder and pepper in butter. Cover and cook on High for 8 minutes.
- Stir after half the time. Add mushrooms and wine; cover.
- Cook on High for 5 minutes.
