Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 c. dry cocoa
  2. 1 1/4 c. cold water
  3. 1/4 tsp. salt
  4. 2 tsp. vanilla
  5. 3 tsp. liquid Sucaryl

Directions

  1. Combine cocoa, water and salt in saucepan.
  2. Mix until smooth. Bring to a boil and simmer gently until smooth and thick.
  3. Allow to cool 10 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla and sweetener.
  5. Store covered in refrigerator.
  6. Stir well before using.
  7. One tablespoon equals 9 calories.
