Carrots A La Orange



  1. 1 lb. carrots, sliced diagonally or 1 lb. pkg. frozen carrot slices
  2. 2 Tbsp. butter
  3. 1 1/2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
  4. pinch of ground nutmeg


  1. In a large skillet, bring salted water to a boil.
  2. Add carrots to boiling water and cook over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Add butter, marmalade and nutmeg to carrots.
  5. Saute over medium high heat until carrots are glazed. Serve immediately.
  6. Serves 4.
