Carrots A La Orange
- 1 lb. carrots, sliced diagonally or 1 lb. pkg. frozen carrot slices
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- In a large skillet, bring salted water to a boil.
- Add carrots to boiling water and cook over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Add butter, marmalade and nutmeg to carrots.
- Saute over medium high heat until carrots are glazed. Serve immediately.
- Serves 4.
