Butter Pecan Pound Cake



  1. 1 box butter pecan cake mix
  2. 1 can pecan and coconut icing
  3. 4 eggs (at room temperature)
  4. 1 c. water
  5. 3/4 c. oil


  1. Beat eggs, water and oil until blended well. Add cake mix and mix well. Add icing to batter and blend with a spoon. Bake in greased and floured tube pan 1 hour at 350°. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes. (You may use a Bundt pan.)
