- 4 egg yolks (room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- shot of Tabasco
- 1/4 lb. butter
- Put eggs, salt, mustard, lemon juice and Tabasco in blender and blend for 3 minutes.
- Heat butter until melted and hot.
- Do not burn.
- Add butter, in a steady stream, to blender while blender running.
