Brazilian Cocoa

Ingredients
- 1 oz. chocolate
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. hot milk
- nutmeg to taste
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. hot coffee
- whipped cream
Directions
- In top of double boiler, combine chocolate, sugar and salt. Stir in boiling water.
- Over simmering water, heat until chocolate is melted.
- Add milk and coffee; stirring.
- Mix in nutmeg.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with instant coffee, if desired.
