Chocolate Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

  1. 3 c. plain flour
  2. 1/4 tsp. soda
  3. 3 c. sugar
  4. 2 sticks Country Crock spreadable sticks
  5. 6 eggs
  6. 1/2 pt. sour cream
  7. 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  8. 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  9. 4 tsp. cocoa

Directions

  1. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
  2. Sift flour, cocoa and soda; set aside.
  3. Cream Country Crock and sugar together in large mixing bowl.
  4. Add eggs, mixing, one at a time.
  5. Add sour cream, while continuing to mix.
  6. Add flour, 1/2 to 1 cup at a time.
  7. Add vanilla and lemon flavorings.
  8. Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Use a toothpick to doneness of cake before removing.
