Beef Stew By Sylvia

Ingredients

  1. 2 lb. stew meat
  2. 1 large onion
  3. 4 to 6 celery stalks
  4. 6 to 8 potatoes
  5. 6 to 8 carrots
  6. 2 tsp. salt
  7. 1 tsp. sugar
  8. 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  9. 3 c. V-8 juice

Directions

  1. Chop and mix meat and vegetables.
  2. Mix salt, sugar and tapioca and sprinkle over mixture.
  3. Add V-8 juice.
  4. Cover and bake at 275° for 5 hours.
