- 4 eggs
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- dash of cinnamon
- 5 slices bread, cut into cubes
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Add pineapple; stir in bread and cinnamon.
- Bake in greased casserole, uncovered, for 1 hour or lightly browned at 350°.
