- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained and cooled
- 1 avocado (optional)
- 1 c. thick salsa sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Grease 10 1/2-inch pie plate.
- Mix Bisquick, water and beans. Pat into pie plate.
- Layer remaining ingredients.
- Bake in 375° oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream, if desired.
