Shoe Peg Corn Casserole
- 2 cans Shoe Peg corn
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. oleo
- 3/4 c. half and half
- Melt oleo in skillet and stir in flour.
- Stir until smooth. Add cream and cook until smooth and thickened.
- Drain corn in colander and mix with sauce.
- Place in greased casserole and cook in 350° oven until bubbly (30 minutes).
