Silky Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. roasted peanuts (unsalted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. peanut butter chips
Directions
- Grease an 8-inch square pan.
- In a heavy 3-quart pan, combine sugar, milk, butter and salt.
- Cook over medium heat until bubbling.
- Stir constantly.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cook for 5 minutes, until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Quickly stir in marshmallows, chips, peanuts and vanilla until melted and smooth.
- Pour in pan.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into small squares.
- Store in airtight container.
- Layer with wax paper.
