- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. butter (margarine)
- 12 oz. miniature colored marshmallows
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- Melt chips and butter and cool.
- Add marshmallows, nuts and vanilla and mix until all marshmallows are covered with the chocolate.
- Sprinkle coconut on waxed paper.
- Butter hands and put mixture on top of coconut and shape into roll, having coconut on the outside of roll.
- Refrigerate until cold.
- Makes about 3 rolls.
