Beer Bread

Ingredients

  1. 3 c. self-rising flour
  2. 2 Tbsp. sugar (3 if you like it sweet)
  3. 1 can beer at room temperature

Directions

  1. Beat 17 times. Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  3. Glaze with butter for a soft crust.
