Judy'S Pineapple Cake
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. walnuts (reserve some for the top)
- Mix all dry ingredients together and add to the remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish at 350° for 35 minutes.
- Let cool in the pan.
