Corn "Oysters"

Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. grated onion
- 8 to 10 finely rolled crackers
- salt
Directions
- Mix and let stand several hours or overnight.
- Drop by teaspoon in hot vegetable oil and fry until brown on both sides.
