Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. fish fillets
  2. 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  3. 1/4 tsp. paprika
  4. 1 Tbsp. butter
  5. 1 Tbsp. flour
  6. salt and pepper
  7. 1/2 c. milk
  8. 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
  9. 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Directions

  1. Cut
  2. fillets
  3. into serving pieces and place in greased, shallow baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper.
  5. Melt butter in saucepan.
  6. Blend in flour, dash of salt and
  7. pepper
  8. and milk.
  9. Cook and stir until thick.
  10. Pour over fish
  11. and sprinkle crumbs over all.
  12. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
  13. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
