Bacon Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lb. bacon, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
  2. 4 medium potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  3. 1 medium onion, chopped
  4. 2 c. cream-style corn
  5. 2 c. whole kernel corn
  6. 2 c. milk
  7. 2 tsp. salt
  8. pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes and drain.
  2. Fry bacon, then brown onion in fat. Add rest of ingredients.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes.
