- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Combine cornstarch and sugar.
- Stir in crushed pineapple and water.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil until clear; chill, then add lemon juice.
- Serve on ice cream or pudding.
