Apricot Dessert

Ingredients

  1. 1 angel food cake, broken into pieces
  2. 46 oz. apricot nectar
  3. 1 1/4 c. sugar
  4. 7 Tbsp. cornstarch
  5. 1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Mix cornstarch and sugar.
  2. Add nectar and cook, bringing to a boil.
  3. Stir constantly and cook until thickened.
  4. Cool slightly.
