Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  1. 1 can golden crushed corn
  2. 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  3. 2 Tbsp. flour
  4. 1 Tbsp. sugar
  5. 1 c. half and half
  6. 1/2 stick butter
  7. salt
  8. lots of pepper
  9. sprinkle of paprika

Directions

  1. Melt butter in casserole.
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Add flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Add corn; mix well with electric mixer.
  5. Add butter (that melted) and half and half; mix well.
  6. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle paprika on top.
  7. Bake at 325° for an hour (it should jiggle and a knife should come out kinda clean).
