Butter Creams

Ingredients

  1. 3 oz. cream cheese
  2. 1/2 c. margarine
  3. 4 c. powdered sugar
  4. 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  5. melting chocolate

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients until well blended.
  2. Form into uniform balls. Melt chocolate in a double boiler on low heat.
  3. Dip balls into chocolate to cover.
  4. Let cool; store airtight in a cool dry place.
