Glazed Butterflies

Ingredients

  1. 1 pkg. wonton skins
  2. 3 c. sugar
  3. 1 Tbsp. oil
  4. peanut oil
  5. 1 c. water

Directions

  1. Twist each wonton skin in the center to resemble a butterfly. Heat peanut oil to 375° in saucepan or electric skillet.
  2. Deep fry each skin in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Drain on paper towel.
