Japanese Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1 c. milk
  3. 3 c. flour
  4. 2 c. sugar
  5. 1 c. butter
  6. 1 tsp. allspice
  7. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  8. 1 tsp. cloves
  9. 1 tsp. nutmeg
  10. 1 c. seedless raisins
  11. 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar and butter together.
  2. Put 1/3 mixture in greased and floured 9-inch cake pan.
  3. Mix last 6 ingredients.
  4. Add to the other 2/3 of batter.
  5. Bake in two 9-inch cake pans at 325°.
