Rice Cooker Shrimp
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked, unwashed rice (measuring cup, not rice cooker cup)
- 1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 stick margarine, sliced
- 1 1/2 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
- salt and pepper and Tony Chachere to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Put in rice cooker and cook as usual.
