Baked Chicken Reuben

Ingredients

  1. 4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
  2. 1/4 tsp. salt
  3. 1/8 tsp. pepper
  4. 16 oz. Krrrrisp kraut, drained
  5. 4 slices natural Swiss cheese
  6. 1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
  7. 1 Tbsp. parsley

Directions

  1. Place chicken in greased baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Place Krrrrisp kraut over chicken; top with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
  3. Cover with foil and bake at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
