Boiled Custard

Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 egg whites
Directions
- Mix sugar and flour.
- Then add to milk and egg yolks.
- Cook in top of double boiler until mixture coats the spoon.
- Add vanilla and chill.
- When cool, beat the egg whites and add to other mixture (just stir this in).
