- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 potato, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- Mix hamburger, onion, potato, egg, salt and pepper.
- Make meatballs and brown in oil.
- Remove and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix soup and milk.
- Pour over meatballs and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
