Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  1. 2 c. sugar
  2. 1/2 c. milk
  3. 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  4. 3 heaping Tbsp. flour
  5. 3 egg yolks
  6. 1 clump (2 Tbsp.) butter
  7. 1 tsp. vanilla
  8. 1 c. boiling water

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients; add milk.
  2. Beat in egg yolks.
  3. Pour on 1 cup boiling water.
  4. Mix and cook until thick.
  5. Cool.
  6. Pour in baked pie shell.
  7. Cover with meringue and brown in oven.
