Soy Vinaigrette(Nuoc Xi Dau Giam)

Ingredients

  1. 1 clove garlic, minced
  2. 1/2 tsp. ginger, peeled and minced
  3. 2 Tbsp. sugar
  4. 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  5. 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  6. 1/4 c. water
  7. 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  8. 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a jar, combine all the ingredients and shake well. Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  2. Makes about 3/4 cup.
