Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; chill until thickened.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a lightly greased 1-quart mold or individual molds.
- Chill until firm.
