Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  2. 2 c. boiling water
  3. 2 c. grated carrots
  4. 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  5. 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  6. 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; chill until thickened.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased 1-quart mold or individual molds.
  4. Chill until firm.
