Lorene'S Cornbread Salad

Ingredients

  1. 2 pans cornbread
  2. 2 cans pinto beans
  3. 1 c. chopped green peppers
  4. 1 c. chopped onion
  5. 2 c. diced tomatoes
  6. 2 lb. cooked and crumbled bacon
  7. 3 c. mayonnaise
  8. 1 c. pickle juice

Directions

  1. Crumble the cornbread in a large dish. Add in layers, beans, peppers, onion, tomatoes and bacon.
  2. Add a few sliced dill pickles on top of bacon.
