- 1 can water chestnuts
- bacon, cut in half
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- Fry some of the fat from bacon.
- Roll chestnuts with bacon. Anchor with toothpick.
- Cover with sugar, chili sauce and mayonnaise.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
