Pork Chops With Scalloped Potatoes
- 2 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 4 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
- 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 c. milk
- Arrange potatoes and onions in layers in a greased, 3-quart baking dish, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
- Trim fat from pork chops and save for later use.
