- 2 (9-inch) pie shells, baked and cooled
- 1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 qt. strawberries
- 3 c. cold water
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- Cook until thickened.
- Mix well.
- Allow to cool.
- Slice 1 1/2 quarts strawberries in pie shells.
- Pour cooled mixture over strawberries.
- Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
- If you want only 1 pie, use small box of Jell-O and half of each of the other items.
