Kraut Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large can or jar sauerkraut
- 1 c. sugar (or less)
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 small pimento, chopped or container of pimento
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- salt (careful)
Directions
- Mix all together.
- Let stand for 24 hours in refrigerator before serving.
