Sausage Dressing

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. pork sausage
  2. 1 c. chopped celery
  3. 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  4. 5 c. white bread, crumbled
  5. 5 c. cornbread, crumbled
  6. 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  7. 1/2 tsp. pepper
  8. 2 cans chicken broth

Directions

  1. Saute sausage, celery and onion.
  2. In large bowl combine sausage mixture and remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Bake mixture in greased 13 x 9-inch pan for 1 hour at 350°. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
